This Privacy Policy explains how Flair Style, Corp. (“Flair”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website, app and styling services (the “Service”). We've written it to be clear and human. By using Flair, you agree to the practices described here.

01Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the Service, including joining the waitlist and, when available, styling you well:

• Information you give us — your email (including when you join the waitlist), styling preferences, budget, occasion and intent, and details such as body shape and measurements.
• Photos you choose to upload — used to estimate your body measurements and personalise recommendations and virtual try-on.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, the requests you make and the recommendations you engage with, so we can improve results.
• Device & technical data — such as device type, browser and general location, collected automatically; when you use the waitlist form, bot-protection services may also process technical signals as described in section 05.

02How we use your information

• to generate personalised outfit and product recommendations;
• to estimate measurements and power virtual try-on previews;
• to operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service;
• to protect the waitlist and our website from spam and automated abuse;
• to communicate with you about your waitlist status, account and updates you've asked for;
• to measure the performance of recommendations and affiliate referrals.

04Affiliate links & tracking

Flair earns commissions through affiliate programs. When you click a recommended product and visit a retailer, an affiliate network or the retailer may set a cookie or use a tracking identifier to attribute the referral to Flair. This lets the retailer pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. These third parties process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

05Bot protection & waitlist signup

When you join our waitlist on the website, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible mode) to help detect automated abuse. Turnstile runs in your browser and may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser characteristics and information about the page you are visiting. We do not use Turnstile for advertising or to build marketing profiles.

Cloudflare processes this data to provide bot-protection services to us. For details on how Cloudflare handles Turnstile data, including Cloudflare’s role as processor and controller for certain processing, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

If you block scripts or connections to challenges.cloudflare.com, you may not be able to complete the waitlist form even though other parts of the site still work.

06How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us run Flair (e.g. hosting, analytics, AI processing), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms;
• Affiliate networks and retailers, limited to the referral information needed to attribute and pay commissions;
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Service.

07Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Waitlist email addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for launch communications and related administration. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

08Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@flairstyle.ai.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit access to it.

10Children's privacy

Flair is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of significant changes.
