Welcome to Flair. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flair website, mobile application and styling services (together, the “Service”), operated by Flair Style, Corp. (“Flair”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Flair is an AI-powered personal styling service. You describe an occasion, a goal or a specific item, and Flair recommends outfits and products tailored to information such as your body shape, measurements, colorimetry, stated preferences, budget, location, current trends and styling rules. Recommendations reference products sold by independent third-party retailers.
Flair is a discovery and recommendation tool only. We do not sell products, hold inventory, process payments for merchandise, or fulfil or ship orders. Any purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and the relevant retailer, governed by that retailer's own terms.
Core features are available for free up to certain usage limits, with an optional paid subscription, Flair Pro, that expands them. See Section 04 for details.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Flair, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Flair is in the process of joining affiliate marketing programs with our retail partners. Once an affiliate relationship is active with a given retailer, this means that when you click certain recommendations and make a purchase on that retailer's website, Flair may earn a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you — you pay the same price you would by going to the retailer directly.
Not every retailer linked from Flair is part of an active affiliate program today; we are actively expanding these partnerships over time. Our recommendations are generated to match your styling needs and preferences; participation in an affiliate program does not guarantee that a retailer's products will be recommended, and we aim to surface the products best suited to you. Prices, availability and product details are controlled by the retailers and may change at any time.
Core Flair features are available free of charge up to certain lifetime limits: 5 chat messages and 4 closet uploads. Virtual try-ons are not included in the free tier. Once you reach a limit — or to use virtual try-ons — you can keep going by subscribing to Flair Pro.
Flair Pro is an auto-renewing subscription priced at $9.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play depending on where you subscribe. It gives you 30 chat messages, 30 virtual try-ons and 30 closet uploads every billing cycle for as long as your subscription remains active.
We may change the features, limits or price of Flair Pro from time to time. Where required by law or by app store policy, we will notify you before a price change takes effect on your subscription.
To personalise your styling, Flair may ask you to provide information including preferences, measurements and photographs used to estimate body measurements. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Flair's recommendations are suggestions generated by automated systems and are provided for your convenience. Fit, fabric, colour, sizing and suitability can vary, and styling is inherently subjective. We do not warrant that any recommended item will fit, suit you or be available, and virtual try-on previews are approximate visualisations, not exact representations.
The Service, including its design, software, text and branding, is owned by Flair or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, images, prices and trademarks belong to their respective retailers and brand owners. You may not copy or reuse our content except as permitted by these Terms.
Flair links to and references third-party websites and retailers we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, policies, fulfilment or customer service. Any dispute relating to a purchase should be raised with the retailer directly.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flair will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on recommendations or from transactions with third-party retailers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
